Overview
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Free from defects, visible marks or damage.
- Returned in the products original packaging with all accessories and manual.
In accordance with health and hygiene laws, we cannot accept returns for products that come into contact with your mouth or body such as water bottles.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Opened/used filter cartridges
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal items
- On sale products
Returns
If you have received an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, please contact us so that we can resolve this for you.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received and wish to return it to us, you must submit a Return Authorisation within 14 days or returns will not be accepted. Please contact us using our contact form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (to Melbourne, Australia). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you are responsible if any damage is caused to the products during their return to us. If the products are returned damaged, you are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers and may have a fee deducted from your refund should the product not be covered by the insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As per the requirements of our return policy: Items that are damaged, have visible marks, are not returned in the same condition or in their original packaging are not eligible to be returned.
Consumables like filter cartridges are non-refundable if opened and/or used. If a refund is approved, cost of any opened filters will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs for both parties are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, our shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Change of mind/wrong purchase returns and refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee.
If a refund is granted more than 6 months after the date of purchase, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
