Great product
I have been using it for over 2 weeks. It is exactly what we need for 2 people. The taste of the filtered water feels softer and neutral , certainly different from our rain water which feels is sharper in taste - I hope it makes sense. We use it every single day. The product was packaged extremely well. The only suggestion is that the glass of the carafe could be a bit thicker. Thank you.

Perfect size
I like my new jug. It is the perfect size, so you don't always have to fill it up, and it stands out elegantly on our kitchen benchtop. The water tastes fineāno more bad taste. I like the silicon base; it is non-slip and avoids potential shocks against the stone benchtop. I usually grab the jug with my two hands so it doesn't feel too heavy on the handle.

Super easy to set up & you can taste the difference - the water is softer & sweeter than tap (even if the tap water in your area is relatively good quality as it is in mine). Really makes it easier to consume your recommended daily water intake. I am always hydrated now & feel great. I prefer using glass containers so Iām very glad that they now offer glass options. Itās a nice looking simplistic design & I love the bamboo lid. I highly recommend! Youāll never want to go back to tap again. Also great for the environment as it saves a lot of waste of plastic bottles. Filters last quite a while too (I personally keep track of how many litres Iāve used so I know when to change it). Overall Iām thrilled with my purchase! :)

We love our earths water jug and replacement filters. The water tastes so much better. I will never go back to drinking tap water. I can taste the chlorine now if I ever have to drink tap water when I am out.
