Our 3.5L Jug is an all round fantastic product. It was very quick to arrive, only a few days after purchase. It was very easy to assemble with great detailed instructions. The water tastes very clear and give that piece of mind that no nasties are being consumed. We love the fact that the filter lasts approx 3 months. We will continue to use and love this product. I have been using it for over 2 weeks. It is exactly what we need for 2 people. The taste of the filtered water feels softer and neutral , certainly different from our rain water which feels is sharper in taste - I hope it makes sense. We use it every single day. The product was packaged extremely well. The only suggestion is that the glass of the carafe could be a bit thicker. Thank you.

A noticeable difference from our tap water. Fresh and delicious taste. I had issues with the item being held up in customs but the team were very helpful following up with Australia post and the item arrived in due time.
